Koshinkan Hall, the new school building of College of International Relations (I.R.) since 2nd Semester in 2000, was remodeled both the exterior and the interior. In the exterior, it was designed completely different to be the new face of College of I.R. and to symbolize the internationalization of Kinugasa Campus, setting up the gateposts that reminds us of Saionji Memorial Hall, the former school building of College of I.R.. In the interior, computer equipments was enriched much better than other building in Kinugasa Campus, including Saionji Memorial Hall. It makes our education and study very effective in the era of remarkable development of Information technology.

In Koshinkan Hall, wireless LAN system was installed completely to access to RAINBOW (Ritsumeikan Academic Information Network Bridging Our World), so we can connect our own computers to RAINBOW from everywhere inside of the building. Furthermore, server computer was also installed to provide students with a various of information like resumes of lectures.
