Curriculum

 

The GCP offers the following program courses, as well as additional elective courses. The latter includes Area Studies, Professional Reading and Discussion, Professional Writing, Professional Presentation and Debate, Internships and courses offered by other graduate programs at Ritsumeikan University and Kansai Four-University Consortium Courses. More information on elective courses will be provided during orientation.

At least of 30 credits of approved coursework must be completed in two or more years of study.Submission of thesis and a pass of an oral defense are also required to complete the Master's Degree.
The school confers a Master's Degree to those who have successfully completed all program requirements.

Advanced Seminar & Thesis

In the Advanced Seminar, students work on a master's thesis under the close guidance and training received from their academic advisors, while drawing or the knowledge and abilities acquired through course work.
