If something you want to use is not in the Rits system, you can go view it at another university or research institute’s library. We will receive permission from the library and issue you an Introduction Letter. Take your Introduction Letter and your ID card with you to the library and you can use the materials. Please apply at the respective library counter.
No advance applications are required. Take your ID card with you to the library.
●Depending on the type of materials, you may be required to receive an Introduction Letter in advance. For details, link to the member universities’ libraries from the list. Be sure to read the important notes and Q&A thoroughly.
You can go directly to the library without a prior application. Take your student ID card and the Shared User’s Card. Shared User’s Cards can be borrowed from the library counter.
(3) Kansai University, Kwansei Gakuin University and Doshisha University
Graduate students and professors and administrators can read and borrow materials from these universities with their ID cards.
