- I am researching about what factors are important for teacher job satisfaction for English teachers at universities in Japan.

Q2どんな学生時代を送っていましたか。
- I have studied in Sweden, Australia and England and each place offer a very different student environment. Each place offered something unique and I am glad I had the chance to study in more than one country.

- I choose to study about teacher job satisfaction because it was a topic that often were discussed among coworkers. Also, the working environment is changing a lot in Japan and around the world so it is important to find out how that affects people.

- Try to figure out what you want to achieve both academically and personally, and then make an effort to achieve those goals.
