21st June 2018. Cultural synergy in the agricultural sector

Dr. Rolf D. Schlunze (Professor for Intercultural Management, OIC) organized a workshop with Dr. Evert Jan Krajenbrink, the Agricultural Counsellor at Royal Embassy of the Netherlands and Mr. Gerard Michels, the Consulate-General of the Netherlands in Osaka. Dr. Krajenbring gave a lecture entitled “Agricultural sector in the Netherlands - Challenges and opportunities in Horticulture” on 21st June 2018. Graduate students of the College of Business Administration discussed with the representatives from the Netherlands about options of cultural synergy promoting digitalization and automatization of the agricultural sector. Students got greater awareness for the importance of EU-Japan agricultural and industrial collaborations such as the Horticulture Friendship Agreement with Kochi Prefecture.
