BBPでは大学院生向けに、みんなが自分のタスクを持ち寄って集まり、それぞれが執筆をする”Writing Retreat"というイベントを行います。
レポート、論文、研究計画書など、＜書く＞ことは一人の作業であることが多いもの。
取り組む時間と場所を誰かと共有することで、集中を切らさずに取り組もうというのがwriting retreatです。
ひとりで、でも一緒に、書き物に取り組んでみませんか？
やらなきゃいけないタスクと、PC（紙とペンでももちろんOK）を持ち寄ってぜひご参加ください！

・Writing Retreatはセミナーではありません。ファシリテーターとして講師がリードしますが、何かを教わるようなセッションではないことをご承知おきください。
・イベント中は携帯電話の電源を切り、インターネットを使わずに書く作業に集中します。
書くために必要な調べ物などは、あらかじめ済ませてお越しください。
・会場にある電源の数は限られていますので、あらかじめPCの充電をしておくことをおすすめします。

BBP offers a "Writing Retreat" for graduate students, where each student brings their own assignments to BBP and works intensively on their writing.
Report, dissertation and research planning... the act of writing tends to be a solitary one.
Writing retreat allows us to come together and share the time and space to focus on writing.
Why don’t we work on writing on our own, but together in the same space?
Join us with a writing task on your to do list, a fully charged laptop (or pen and paper if you prefer that!).

<Notes>
・Writing Retreat is not a class or a seminar. A lecturer will lead the session as a facilitator, but there won't be any teaching.
・During the event, we focus on writing without using the Internet. You are kindly asked to turn off your smartphones too. Make sure you have done any research required for your writing before the event.
・There are a limited number of power sockets in the venue. It is highly recommended that you bring a fully charged laptop with you.
