だんだんと気温も下がり冬に近づいてきましたね。そんな季節に心温まるイベントを企画しました！
12月21日に平安神宮のイルミネーションを見に行きませんか？
夜の参拝を通して、日本の文化や伝統に触れるだけではなく、沢山の学生と交流できます。
新しい友達を増やしませんか？

開催日時：12月21日（水）18:00~19:00
（学校集合組16:30~19:00, 現地集合組18:00~19:00)
開催場所 ：京都・平安神宮
対象者：立命館大学の学生 （留学生、学部生、院生）
使用言語：英語、日本語
定員：10名
申し込み締切日 12月13日 (火) 23:55
参加方法：こちらのフォームより事前予約制(先着順)※参加後、確認メールをお送りします。
集合時間：18時00分
集合場所:平安神宮前
参加費：1,000円(事前にお支払いください)
12月15日（木）の昼休み、または3限に事前交流を兼ねて参加費を集金します。
15日のご都合が悪い場合は別途対応いたします。

当日の感染対策：マスクの着用、検温、手指の消毒
留意事項：12月21日(水・当日）正午以降のキャンセルは、参加費の返金はできません。

The temperature is gradually dropping, and winter is approaching. We've organised a heart-warming event for the season!
On the 21st December, why don’t we go and see the illumination at Heian Jingu Shrine?
Not only will you be able to experience Japanese culture and traditions through night-time worship, but you will also be able to meet lots of fellow students. Why not make new friends?

Date and time: 21st Deccember (Wed) 18:00-19:00
(16:30-19:00 for those who depart from Kinugasa campus 18:00-19:00 for those who gather at Heian Jingu Shrine)
Place: Heian Jingu Shrine, Kyoto
Participants: All Ritsumeikan students, including international students, undergraduate students, and graduate students.
Language: English, Japanese
Capacity: 10 people
Application deadline: 13rd December (Tue) 23:55
How to sign up: Pre-registration is required (first-come-first-served) via the form from this link.
*A confirmation email will be sent to you after your registration.
Meeting time: 18:00
Meeting place: In front of the Heian Jingu Shrine
Participation fee: 1,000 yen (to be collected in advance)
Fee will be collected during the lunch break or third period on 15th December, when we hold a pre-event meetup.
If the 15th is not convenient, we can make another arrangement.

Infection control measures on the day: wearing a mask, temperature check, hand sanitisation.
Note: We can’t refund the ticket fee if you cancel after 12PM on the 21st December (Wed).
