Online event with International exchange and consultation on "SpatialChat"

OICの皆さん、こんにちは！秋学期も後半に突入し、12月が近づいてきましたね。

OIC BBPではいよいよ11月15日から、AN事務室内BBPラウンジでマネジメントスタッフの学生が交代での勤務を再開しましたが、まだキャンパスに来られない皆さんもいますので、今月もSpatial Chatを利用したVirtual OIC BBPというオンラインイベントを以下の日程で開催します!質問・おしゃべりに加えて、今回は関西弁クイズも準備しています。皆さんの参加をお待ちしています！

開催日時：2021年11月30日火曜日12：30 - 14：25, 16：20 – 17：50

参加対象： OIC 所属学生（学部‧研究科や回生を問いません） 国内学生‧国際学生、使用する言語を問わず、誰でも参加可能です！

Warm greetings from OIC Beyond Borders Plaza (BBP) Management Staff. The fall semester has entered the second half, and festival season is approaching.

BBP Management Staff members came back to OIC BBP Lounge in AN Office from November 15! On the other hand, there are students who still can’t come to OIC. Therefore, we are going to hold our regular online event, “Virtual OIC BBP” as follows.

In addition to answering questions or chatting, this time we have prepared Kansai dialect quizzes. We look forward to your participation!

Time and Date:

12：30 - 14：25, 16：20 – 17：50 on Tuesday, November 30^th, 2021

Eligibility:

OIC Students (at any year levels in undergraduate and postgraduate)

– open for all international and domestic students in multiple languages!

Details:

We will have several tables on different themes in Spatial Chat.

We will present Kansai dialect quizzes too.

How to Participate:

No booking required. Participation with microphone only is OK!

We are going to use web-based communication tool “Spatial Chat”, in which you can talk closer or keep a distance by moving your icons. With “Spatial Chat”, we can experience as if we are in the real world.

 You can access Virtual OIC BBP, just click URL and enter your name!

 What is BBP?

BBP is global learning commons which encourage “intercultural interaction and understanding”, “support for language learning” and “support for study abroad” on campuses at Ritsumeikan University. We would like to support, who want to study abroad, know how to learn foreign languages, know how to make use of your foreign experience at the scene of job-hunting, or who just want to make new friends.  Please feel free to join “Virtual OIC BBP” and talk to Management Staff members at each table.
