新年度がスタートしました。新入生の皆さんは友達づくりに不安を感じていませんか？衣笠BBPでは衣笠キャンパス所属の新入生限定のおしゃべり会を開催します。この機会にぜひ、友達をつくりましょう！

タイトル：衣笠キャンパス新入生集合！！～新入生限定おしゃべり会～

受付期間: 5月14日　17:00まで

対象：衣笠キャンパス所属の一回生

使用言語：日本語＆英語

企画内容: 同じキャンパスに通う新入生たちとのおしゃべり会を開催します。バーチャルキャンパスツアーも開催します。参加、お待ちしております。

＊当日使用するzoomのルームURL、ID、パスワードは、予約してくださった方に、イベント開始一時間前までにメールにて、個別に送信します。

・参加方法
スマートフォンまたは、PCからzoomでご参加ください。

【Zoom】
① スマートフォンの方は、Zoomアプリをダウンロードしてください。
② 「参加」ボタンを押し、メールに記載されたミーティングID、パスワードを入力してください。
③ 名前（ニックネーム）を入力し、差し支えなければ、カメラをonにして参加してください。

＊申し込みをした学生以外の入室はできません。
＊URL及びミーティングID、パスワードの転載及び情報の受け渡しは固く禁じます。

Contents: We’ll hold a chat event for first year students of Kinugasa campus only. A Virtual Campus Tour will also be held. We look forward to your participation.

*We’ll email you the Zoom password, and ID by one hour before start time.

・How to participate
Please open Zoom on your smartphone or PC.

① If you use smartphone, please install Zoom app
② Click “Join” and fill in the ID and password.
③ Fill in your name(nickname) and if you’re OK, please turn on camera.

* Only students who have completed the application can enter the room.
*Reprinting of URL, meeting ID, password and passing of information are strictly prohibited.
