こんにちは、国際交流系ピアサポート団体6団体（KIC-BBP, BKC-BBP, 衣笠TISA, SKPバディ, SUP！, 衣笠まいる）から一大イベント開催のお知らせです！
コロナ禍ではありますが、Zoomなどのオンラインツールの普及により普段では会えない人と関わりが持てるようになってきました。
そこで今回、積極的に活動している各国際団体が団体・キャンパス間の垣根を超えて繋がりを持てるイベントをご用意しました！ぜひ、ご参加ください。
日時: 12月16日(水曜日) 12:15-12:55 (昼休み)
12月17日(木曜日) 12:15-12:55 (昼休み)

◆開催方法: Zoomにて
◆事前申し込み: あり(各日先着80名)
◆受付期間: 12月1日(火)〜11（金）まで
◆対象：立命館大学全学生（院生を含む）
◆使用言語：日本語＆英語

◆企画内容:
りっつMeet up!
英語、日本語、それぞれの言語レベルやトピックごとに分けたブレイクアウトルームを用いて交流会を行います。また、国際交流を主とする各団体の紹介もあるので、どんなことをやっているのかも一気に知れちゃいます！
＊事前予約制となりますので、下記、各日付それぞれのフォームからお申し込みください。複数日程のご参加も大歓迎です。
＊人数の都合上トークテーマがご希望に沿えない場合がございます。

＊当日使用するZoomのルームURL、ID、パスワードは、予約してくださった方にメールにて、ご希望の参加日の前日までに個別に送信します。それまでに送られてこない場合は bbpstf-k@gst.ritsumei.ac.jp までお問い合わせください。
◆参加方法
Zoomをスマートフォンまたは、PCを開いてご参加ください。

① スマートフォンの方は、Zoomアプリをダウンロードしてください。
② 「参加」ボタンを押し、メールに記載されたミーティングID、パスワードを入力してください。
③ ニックネームを入力し、カメラ、オーディオをONにして参加してください。
＊申し込みをした立命館大学生以外の入室はできません。URL及びミーティングID、パスワードの転載及び情報の受け渡しは固く禁じます。

Hello, this is the news about big event held by Global Peer Supporters (KIC-BBP, BKC-BBP, KIC-TISA, SKP Buddy, SUP！, KIC-MAIRU)!
With the spread of online conversation tools such as Zoom even though COVID-19 situation, it has become possible to engage with people who cannot normally meet.
We really look forward to you joining us.
- Date and time: Wednesday, December 16th Lunch break 12: 15-12: 55

- How to hold: Zoom
- Pre-registration: Needed (First 80 people each day)
- Application period: December 1st, (Tuesday) to 11th (Friday)
- Participants: All Ritsumeikan University students (including graduate students)
- Languages : Japanese & English
- Event content: Rits Meet up!
Exchange meetings will be held in English and Japanese at breakout rooms divided by language level and talk theme. Also, there will be an introduction about each global peer supporters, so you can find what we are doing at once!

* Advance reservations are required, so please apply from the form for each date below.
Multiple applications are welcome.
* Please note that we may not be able to meet your request about talk theme due to the number of participants.

* The Zoom URL, ID, and password to be used on the day will be sent individually by email to the person who made the reservation by the day before the desired participation date. If you do not receive it by then, please contact bbpstf-k@gst.ritsumei.ac.jp.
- How to participate
Please open Zoom on your smartphone or PC to participate.

② Click the "Join" button and enter the meeting ID and password in the email.
③ Enter your nickname, turn on the camera and audio, and participate.
* Only Ritsumeikan University students who have applied can enter the room. Reprinting URLs, meeting IDs, passwords, and passing information is strictly prohibited.
