Exit East Gate and take the Omi Tetsudo Bus ("Ritsumeikan Daigaku Iki" or
"Ritsumeikan Daigaku Keiyu Tobishima Green Hill Iki") to "Ritsumeikan Daigaku"

On the Meishin Expressway:
From Osaka, drive to the Seta Nishi I.C. and get off at the Keiji Bypass in the direction of Kusatsu.
From Tokyo, drive to the Seta Higashi I.C. and get off at the Keiji Bypass in the direction of Kusatsu.
Take a right at the Higashi Yakura Minami intersection (approx. 8 minutes from the Keiji Bypass).
