 Mr. Yosuke Yamato, is Graduate Student in Faculty of Sports and Health Science, his research manuscript was accepted and published in American Journal of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, which collaborated with Professor Dr. Motoyuki Iemitsu, Dr. Shigehiko Ogoh, Dr. Koji Sato, and Dr. Takafumi Hamaoka. This study revealed that a single session of whole-body voluntary stretching exercises temporarily induces a reduction in systemic and peripheral (lower limb) arterial stiffness in healthy young adults.
