      Chihiro Kojima is Graduate Student in Sport and Health Science of Ritsumeikan University, and her research manuscript was accepted and published in The Journal of Nutrients, which collaborated with Associate Professor Kazushige Goto. The study revealed that 20 km run significantly reduced plasma ghrelin concentrations (orexigenic effect) and absolute energy intake during subsequent buffet-meals test at 30 min after exercise in well-trained endurance runners.
