2017/10/03 Hiromasa Ueno is Graduate Student in SHS, and his research manuscript was accepted in International Journal of Sports Medicine.


Hiromasa Ueno is Graduate Student in Faculty of Sport and Health Science of Ritsumeikan University, and his research, which collaborated with Professor Tadao Isaka, Professor Akinori Nagano, and Assistant Professor Tadashi Suga in Faculty of Sport and Health Science of Ritsumeikan University, was accepted in International Journal of Sports Medicine. This study determined that passive planter flexor stiffness correlated is related to running performance, including running economy, in endurance runners. Therefore, these findings suggest that higher passive planter flexor stiffness may be advantageous to archive better running performance in endurance runners.
