Information of the Financial Support
for the Reunion.

30th Anniversary Special Financial Support for Reunions

Purpose

College of International Relations Ritsumeikan University Alumni Association provide financial supports for reunion as a means to promote interaction among members.

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the College of International Relations, we will be relaxing the application requirements for reunions taking place during the day of the anniversary ceremony, and one day before or after (a 3 day period).
We hope our members will fully utilize this financial supporting system to renew old friendships and strengthen relationships with other members.

Financial Support Eligibility and Dates

A reunion composed of 5 or more members of the College of International Relations Ritsumeikan University Alumni Association and/or professors. (Normally, 10 or more members are needed.)

3 day period: December 7 (Fri), December 8 (Sat), or December 9 (Sun)

The amount of Financial Support

Participants (College of International Relations Ritsumeikan University Alumni Association members and professors)
1000 yen per person, Maximum of 50,000 yen per reunion.

Notice: A member may receive financial support once during the valid 3 day period. However, even if a member receives support during the 3 day period, they are still eligible to receive support one time for reunions held during the year (April 1st –March 31st) outside of the 3 day period.
Please take advantage of this opportunity!

Condition on the use of financial support

It can be used on the mailing fee of the letter of invitation, Fee for the place of hosting the reunion and other necessary fee.

Condition on receiving the financial support

①Notify the reunion to the College of International Relations Ritsumeikan University Alumni Association beforehand
②The applicant must give consent that the announce and report of the reunion will be posted on the website of College of International Relations Ritsumeikan University Alumni Association

Necessary Procedures

(1) Please send in “pre-application form” one month before the reunion via email.

(2) Please submit “payment application form” within one month after the reunion via Postal mail.

(3) Please submit the followings via email

  • ①Report of the Reunion
    Word Counts: 400letters in Japanese, 200 words in English Use 「desu」「masu」when writing in Japanese Write down the name and graduation year of the person responsible for the report.
  • ②Picture taken at the Reunion
    1~2 Pictures. (One of the pictures have to be group photo)

    The report and the picture will be posted on the College of International Relations Ritsumeikan University Alumni Association Home Page. The Office may edit the wording written in the report.
