IR College Graduate talks about Academic Life in the U.S.

Ms. Ranyan Zhan, who is a graduate of Global Studies Major, College of International Relations and currently studying at School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University visited the JDP students and gave them encouragement for their challenges in the JDP.

She shared her experiences of studying at one of the top universities in the U.S. in the field of International Relations.

During the meeting, she talked about academic life in the U.S. and differences between U.S. and Japanese universities in a cozy manner.

The JDP students were all attentively listening to her and posed a variety of questions, including how to prepare for studying in the U.S., successful ways of job searching as well as recommended restaurants both in Kyoto and Washington D.C.

We hope the meeting became a good opportunity for the JDP students to hear first-hand experiences of studying in the U.S !
