We provide various international exchange programs to senior high school students. They participate in foreign study programs offered by the school and affiliated organisations, and students can earn credits from these towards graduation.

Every summer, all of the third year students from both the senior and junior high school go abroad to study a foreign language and culture for three weeks. This year’s tours will be to Australia, Canada and New Zealand.

We have established sister school agreements with Rosny College in Tasmania, Australia, and Windermere St. Anne's School in the Lake District, England.

Ritsumeikan Academy has several affiliated schools: Dawon Foreign Language High School in Seoul, Korea, Al-Izar Islamic Senior High School in Indonesia, School District #3 and #63 in British Columbia, Canada, Alberta Education in Edmonton, Canada, and Beihang University High School in Beijing, China.

Moriyama city has sister city relationships with Kauai, Hawaii, Adrian, Michigan, USA, and Kongju, Chungchongnam Do, Korea. We exchange students based on the sister city affiliation.
