On the Meishin Expressway:
From Osaka and Kyoto, drive on the Meishin Expressway for
Nagoya. From Nagoya, drive for Osaka. And get off at
Kusatsu-Tanakami IC in the direction of Kusatsu (Turn right at the exit of the expressway). Then, the next signal is the entrance of Ritsumeikan University.

Head south for the Nandayama
