Registration

The registration fees are JPY 40,000 for a regular participant and JPY 20,000 for a student, respectively. They cover a book of abstracts and other conference materials. No fees for the mixer (Sunday night), the conference excursion and the banquet (Wednesday) are included in the regular and the student fees, however, participants can attend the mixer, the conference excursion and the banquet for free with subsidies from our sponsors. The accompanying person registration fee only includes social programs (the mixer, the conference excursion and the banquet).

This fee does not include housing. Please make your room reservation as indicated elsewhere on this site.

Late payment fees (JPY 45,000 for Regular, JPY 22,000 for Student) are required after September 15, 2009.

・ Bank transfer from overseas requires an expensive handling charge of JPY 2,500 for accept by Japanese bank. We would like overseas participants to pay us by Credit card.
