Dr. Atsuki Fukutani is post-doctoral fellowship (JSPS) , and his research manuscript was accepted and published in SpringerPlus, which collaborated with Assistant Professor Toshiyuki Kurihara and Professor Tadao Isaka. The study revealed that the magnitude of SSC effect is affected by joint angular velocity, which is larger when joint angular velocity is larger. This finding is beneficial for athletes who are required to perform high intensity contractions.
