  • 2024年８月のシステムバージョンアップに伴い「人事給与に関する照会・手続き、職員勤務管理」「アルバイト勤務管理（APU）」「打刻（職員のみ）」がクラウドサービスへ移行され、接続先URLが本学ドメイン（ritsumei.ac.jp）から（ritsumei-cws.company.works-hi.com）に変更されております。新接続先およびシステムからのメール送信元となるサーバーについては、クラウドサービス提供会社が情報セキュリティマネジメントシステムの規格であるISO27001認証等にもとづき管理運営されております。
    In conjunction with the August 2024 system upgrade, the "Reference and Application Service for Personnel-Salary Information Office Staff Work Management", "Part-Time Work Management (APU)" and "Time Recording (administrative staff only)" systems will shift to a cloud-based service, and the access link will change from the University's main page (ritsumei.ac.jp) to a new URL (ritsumei-cws.company.works-hi.com). The server which will become the basis for access and notifications sent by the system is managed by a cloud based service provider which holds ISO27001 information management certification.

    ブラウザを全て閉じないと、SSO連携により認証無しに個人のページに再ログインできる場合があります。
    For security reasons, please be sure to close all the browser window after you log out.
    If you do not close all the browsers, someone else could re-login your personal page without entering your ID and password due to our single sign-on system for user authentication.
  • システムメンテナンスため、必要に応じ、一時的に当システムの利用を休止とさせていただく場合があります。
    Access to the system may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
  • やむを得ず緊急的に休止する場合もありえますが、当画面および電子掲示板を通じて事前に利用休止のお知らせをいたします。
    In case of an emergency system stop, we will announce a suspension of the system in advance on this screen or via the online bulletin board on the Ritsumeikan Faculty & Staff Portal System.
