How to apply

• Download the Application Guidelines and the Application Form above.
• Confirm your application eligibility by application requirements specified in the Application Guidelines.
• Confirm the application period and deadline.
• Obtain an acceptance from a member of the faculty.
• Prepare the required documents in the Application Guidelines and create your "Ritsu-Mate" account and make the registration.
• Pay the application fee.
• Post your application documents to the following address by the deadline.

Selection Procedure after Submitting Application Documents

Applicants are evaluated on the documents provided in their application and interviews in English. The interview schedule will be informed accordingly.

• Applicants must obtain an acceptance from the prospective supervisor before applying.
• The notification of the application results will be posted on "Ritsu-Mate" at 10:00 (Japan time) on the day of the result announcement.
