Profile

Katsutoshi FURUTA received his Ph.D. in Technology and Innovative Management at Doshisha University. He also received his Master’s degrees in Business Administration at Osaka Prefecture University. He has extensive practical experience with Fujitsu Limited and Panasonic Limited. He focuses his research on Human Resource Management. He is also a director of the Japanese Association of Administrative Science, a director and editor of the Japanese Association of Career Counseling, a director of the Japan Society of Internship and Work Integrated Learning, and a researcher of The Research Institute for STEM Human Resources at Doshisha University.
