The purpose of this scholarship is to encourage academic studies and research activities of graduate students being sent to graduate schools abroad by study abroad programs arranged under an exchange agreement for graduate students.

The scholarship payment is to be deposited directly in the recipient's bank account |
Equivalent to half the amount of tuition paid either to the overseas graduate school where the student will study or Ritsumeikan University graduate school during the study abroad determined in the program. *The maximum scholarship amount is equivalent to half the amount of tuition (not including admission fee) of Ritsumeikan University graduate school where the student is enrolled. |
