This scholarship is designed to encourage and support graduate students' participation and presentations at academic conferences. Eligible students are in either a Master’s program or year 1 or 2 of an Integrated Doctoral program who participate in or conduct a presentation at an academic conference with a professor or associate professor’s approval.

*ONLY when attending a conference on site OR presenting at a hybrid conference(attending on site),
this must be submitted as an Evidence (D) to improve your attendance.

＜In the case where the applicant is planning to use the proofreading service or to submit the article in March 2023＞
・Advanced application is necessary (Deadline: Tuesday, February 28, 2023)
・All application documents must be submitted in advance.
(Excluding documents you can obtain only after you used the proofreading service or completed the submission.)
・You must submit the statement of delivery/receipts to the Office of Graduate studies as soon as you obtain them. Due to a budget implementation reason, if you fail to submit the required materials by Friday, March 31, 2023, you will lose your eligibility to receive the grants.
It is necessary to make an advanced electronic application by referring to the following points.
