Abstract preparation guidelines

The abstract must be written in English. The abstract must be fitted on one sheet of A4 (210 x 297 mm) paper (The typed area should not exceed 150 x 237 mm and all margins on all sides are 30mm). Print all text in 12 points Roman or Times New Roman font with a line spacing of 18 points. The abstract title is printed in bold capitals (14 points) and the affiliations and addresses in italics. The abstract should be prepared in PDF format.

• Do not apply a security lock on the PDF file. If locked, the file will not be accepted and will be returned.
• If you use a font other than Times, the file may not be viewable. We strongly recommend that files be sent in Times font.
• No files over 2MB in size will be accepted.
• We recommend that you save your submission file on your desktop and have it ready to upload.

Please submit your Abstract not later than June 20th, 2013. Abstracts received after this date will not be included in the Book of Abstracts.
