| Our main target is "gravitation", the last unsummitted Himalayan Giant. We are waiting for young guy's challenges. We are approaching to this giant from the various directions. However, we are theoretical physicists who are interested in the varieties of mysteries of Physics and not restricted in narrow regions. We hope to construct our own vision of Nature. Let's challenge together. |
| All the interactions of elementary particles are basically well formulated in the framework of the standard model except for gravitation. However, very important subjects like the masses of Higgs and neutrinos etc. are still left unknown. The latest discovery of neutrino mass and mixing angles give the important hints of the next generation theory beyond the standard model. You are challenged from Nature. We are one of the leaders of GUT models in the world. Our SO(10) GUT is a very promising candidate of Standard Model of the Next Generation. Let's attack with us. |

| In these decades observational data in various scales of the universe have been increased and are waiting for the theoretical interpretations. We are studying especially the phenomena concerned with general relativity and particle physics or both: gravitational lens phenomenon and Gamma Ray Burst etc. Also we are interested in the close interplays between particle physics and cosmology, Baryogenesis, axion, CMB, Dark Matter, Dark Energy etc. | |
| The quantum theory of gravitation is one of the most important mysteries in physics. Its predictions are testified in the framework of quantum cosmology and quantum processes near black hole etc. It is one of our targets to bridge quantum cosmology to observational cosmology. | |
| The classical theory of gravitation is full of interesting contents and problems worth challenging. Our purposes are to find a new strict solution of gravitation by the mathematical theory of solitons, and to study about the relation between gravitation and other field theories. The soliton is pulse wave which never breaks down in a collision and described by non-linear partial differential equations. What is the integrable system and which distinguishes integrable system from non-integrable one or from the chaos ? These are main themes of our research. We search for a new method for solving non-linear partial differential equations and a new soliton-equation. | |
