大学非公認の就職活動支援団体に対して、以下、ご注意ください。
※大学が公認する就活支援団体はジュニア・アドバイザー（JA）のみとなります。
JAは、就職活動を終えた内定者（内々定者）で結成され、就職活動を乗り越えた、貴重な経験を活かして、これから就職活動を迎える後輩たちのサポートをしています。

【就職活動中のみなさんへ】
大学非公認の就職活動支援団体が、インターンシップや就職活動に関わって、学生同士のつながりやSNS、
就活関連イベント等を通じて、団体が関係するイベント等に参加するよう勧誘を図ってくることがあります。
これらの団体のイベントへの参加や支援を利用する中で、予期せぬトラブルに発展するケースもあり、
実際に多くの相談が寄せられています。
大学非公認の就職活動支援団体のイベント等に参加・利用するにあたっては、主催者や目的、個人情報の取り扱いについて十分に確認して、自己責任のもとで行動してください。経験したことがないことに取り組む中で、不安に感じることもありますが、自分にとって必要な支援かどうかを改めて考えてみてください。
また、そのような団体に関わる先輩や友人から「断っているのにしつこく勧誘される」「利用しないと就職活動がうまくいかないと不安を煽られる」などの困りごとがあれば、すぐにキャリアセンターに相談してください。
【就活支援団体において、勧誘・支援活動を行っているみなさんへ】
自分では、よかれと思って行っていることでも、他人を困らせていませんか？
「自分の就活経験を後輩のために役立てたい」「活動を通じて人脈を広げたい」などといった思いから活動していると思いますが、そのすべての行動が相手にとって必要とは限りません。
特に、勧誘活動が、「執拗で不安を煽る行動」や「善意の押しつけ」になっている可能性があります。今一度、自身の言動を振り返ってみてください。
また、皆さん自身もトラブルに巻き込まれたり、不安を感じたりしている場合は、すぐにキャリアセンターに相談してください。

[Warning] Regarding Unofficial Job-Hunting Support Groups
Please be aware of the following information regarding job-hunting support groups that are not officially recognized by the Ritsumeikan University Career Center.
Officially Recognized Group
The only job-hunting support group officially recognized by Ritsumeikan university is the Junior Advisor (JA) program. JAs are Ritsumeikan University students who have received job offers and provide peer support by sharing their valuable job-hunting experiences.

For Students Currently Job-Hunting
Unofficial job-hunting support groups may approach Ritsumeikan University students through personal connections, social media, internships, or job-hunting events. There have been cases in which joining such groups has led to unexpected issues, and the Career Center has received numerous consultations related to these concerns.
Before participating in such activities or using their services, please make sure to carefully review the organizers, their purpose, and how your personal information will be handled. Please be aware that participation is at your own risk. You may feel uncertain or anxious as you go through the unfamiliar process of job hunting. However, before joining any unofficial support groups, please take a moment to consider whether their support is truly necessary for your situation.
If you experience issues such as:
• being repeatedly solicited after declining, or
• being made to feel anxious that your job search will fail without their help,
please contact the Career Center immediately.
For Those Involved in Soliciting or Supporting Unofficial Groups
Even if your intention is to help others, your actions may unintentionally cause stress or discomfort. Support is most effective when it is offered with respect and received willingly.
We understand that you may be motivated by a desire to share your job-hunting experience with juniors or to expand your network. However, please keep in mind that not all support is needed or appropriate for everyone.
In particular, your actions may be perceived as:
• overly persistent or anxiety-inducing, or
• pressuring others with your good intentions.
We encourage you to reflect on whether your actions are considerate and respectful of others' choices.
