Foreword
The aim of this conference is to exchange
information on multiaxial fatigue and fracture
research as well as the application
of this research to industrial practice. Despite
increased efforts in
understanding of multiaxial fatigue and fracture
behavior, failure assessment
procedures are becoming more complex and this forum is
a good opportunity for experimentalists,
theoreticians, industrial practitioners and academic
experts to discuss current
progress.
