みなさん、こんにちは！OIC Beyond Borders Plaza(BBP)マネジメントスタッフです。

秋学期も残り1カ月弱となりましたが、いかがお過ごしですか？

BBPでは以下の日程でヴァーチャルコミュニケーションツールの「Spatial Chat」を使用して【Virtual OIC BBP】を開催します！

留学や語学学習について相談したい方、留学生・校内学生と交流したい方、ただ気軽におしゃべりしたい方、それぞれお好みの話の輪に参加いただけます。

（トップの写真は、12月のVirtual OIC BBPの様子です。丸いアイコンがそれぞれ参加者。おしゃべりテーブルの周りに集まって、立命館珈琲研究会（RCS）の皆さんのご協力でクイズタイムをしています。とっても盛り上がりました！）

開催日時：

1月21日（木）15：00～17：00

1月22日（金）12：30～14：30

申し込み不要で参加できるので、ふらっとBBPラウンジに立ち寄る気分で気軽に参加してみてください。

参加対象：

OIC所属学生（学部・研究科や回生を問いません）　国内学生・国際学生、使用する言語を問わず、誰でも参加可能です！

manaba+Rのお知らせでご確認ください。「Virtual OIC BBP」で検索。事前予約不要、当日参加可能です！

※SpatialChatは、Zoom同様にウェブ上のコミュニケーションツールですが、参加者同士で近づいたり離れたり、距離に応じて声の大きさが変わるという、現実世界で同じ部屋にいるような感覚でコミュニケーションの取れる仮想空間です。 

昨年度まで、OICのBBPラウンジに来ていただいたように、おしゃべりしたり、マネジメントスタッフに質問したりを、この「Virtual OIC BBP」で体験してみてください。 

初めての方もぜひ気軽に参加してくださいね。お待ちしています！

(OIC) We are pleased to announce that our event, “Virtual OIC BBP”on the web communication tool “SpatialChat”, will be held as follows.

You can ask questions about Language Learning or Study Abroad. You can just enjoy chatting with other participants in either small or large groups.

*The top photo is from previous Virtual OIC BBP held in December. Each icon shows each participant. Around the Chatting Table, Ritsumeikan Coffee Society (RCS) conducted quiz time for us. It was so exciting!

Time and Date; 

15:00~17:00 on Thursday, January 21^st, 2021

12:30~14:30 on Friday, January 22^nd. 2021

No booking required. Please feel free to pop in!

Eligibility:

OIC Students (at any year levels in undergraduate and postgraduate) 

– open for all international and domestic students in multiple languages! 

How to Participate：

Please refer to “Notice”on manaba+R for more details. 

Please search the information with“Virtual OIC BBP”as keywords on manaba+R.

No booking required. You can join “Virtual OIC BBP”on the day!

※"SpatialChat" is a similar web-based communication tool as ZOOM but you can talk closer or keep a distance by moving your icons. By using "SpatialChat", we can experience as if we are in the real world.
