このような相談に対して留学指導経験が豊富な教員からアドバイスを受けることができます。

「海外留学のプログラムの種類・参加の応募手続き・渡航の準備や手続き」については、
国際教育センター（職員）のほうで相談を受け付けておりますのでこちらからお申し込みください。

② 異文化環境適応や異文化交流の相談

文化的な違いや言葉の壁などによる不安、戸惑い、苦労は、自分（たち）だけ で悩まず、アドバイザーと話してみましょう。どのようにコミュニケーションを取るか、ストレスを和らげたらよいか、前向きな対処方法をアドバイスします。

① Advice on study abroad preparations and Consultation in regards to the field related to study abroad programs and studying languages

• Study methods to improve your language skills
• Tips regarding pre- and post-study abroad study
• Information on intercultural exchange and fitting into cross-cultural environment

You can receive advice from teachers who have experience in advising on study abroad to eliminate worry.

② Advice on intercultural adjustment and intercultural exchange

If you are going through difficulties with cultural differences/language barriers, you are welcome to come and talk to the Advisor. Our advisors will give you tips on communication skills and coping strategies for stress.
