Mr. Naoki Horii, is Undergraduate Student in Faculty of Sports and Health Science, his research manuscript was accepted and published in Hormone and Metabolic Research, which collaborated with Professor Dr. Motoyuki Iemitsu.

The study revealed that 6 weeks of exercise training and sex steroid hormone supplementation improved obese-related declines in gene expressions of muscle lipid metabolic enzymes. As this mechanism, exercise training and sex steroid hormone supplementation-induced elevation of plasma sex steroid hormone level in obese rats was associated with the upregulation of muscular lipid metabolic molecules.
