2017/04/01 Dr. Hayato Tsukamoto is Post-doc in Research Organization of Science and Technology, and his research manuscript was accepted and published in Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise.

Dr. Hayato Tsukamoto is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Research Organization of Science and Technology of Ritsumeikan University, and his research, collaborated with Professor Takeshi Hashimoto, Professor Tadao Isaka, and Assistant Professor Tadashi Suga in Faculty of Sport and Health Science of Ritsumeikan University, was accepted and published in Medicine & Science in Sports Exercise. In this study, we revealed that post-exercise executive function improvement could be prolonged after higher volume exercise, especially higher intensity, compared to lower volume exercise. This finding suggests that application of an optimized protocol based on exercise volume may be beneficial for improving cognition, and can also be useful for developing effective exercise protocols for improving human health.
