Michio Wachi is Graduate Student in Faculty of Sport and Health Science of Ritsumeikan University, and his research manuscript was accepted and published in Kyoto and Shiga journal of physical education, health and sport sciences, which collaborated with Professor Tadao Isaka. The purpose of this study was to reveal a lack factor that can be conceived from a psychological and nutritional science point of view for athletes who have undergone an operational surgery. The study revealed that the psychological and nutritional status of the postoperative athletes were required to be grasped and approached in order to early return to the sport.
