インターカルチュラルアドバイジングデスクでは、海外留学に関する相談、国際交流や異文化理解・異文化環境適応などに関する相談を受け付けています。海外留学をしたいけれどどのように準備すればいいかわからない方、そもそも留学に行こうか悩んでいる方、キャンパス内の交流や留学生活に関するアドバイスが欲しい方など、気軽に相談に来てください。
The Intercultural Advisor will help you with questions and concerns related to study abroad, intercultural exchange opportunities and understanding, and adjustment to campus life. If you are uncertain whether you want to study abroad, how to prepare for study abroad, or you need advice about on-campus international exchange and campus life during study abroad, feel free to come and get advice at the Intercultural Advising Desk.
どんなことを相談できるの？What kind of advising is available?
① 海外留学や語学学習等に関わっての“学び”に関する相談
- 語学力を高めるための学習方法について
- 留学前・帰国後の学習アドバイスについて
- 異文化環境適応や異文化交流について
このような相談に対して留学指導経験が豊富な教員からアドバイスを受けることができます。
「海外留学のプログラムの種類・参加の応募手続き・渡航の準備や手続き」については、
国際教育センター（職員）のほうで相談を受け付けておりますのでこちらからお申し込みください。
② 異文化環境適応や異文化交流の相談
文化的な違いや言葉の壁などによる不安、戸惑い、苦労は、自分（たち）だけ で悩まず、アドバイザーと話してみましょう。どのようにコミュニケーションを取るか、ストレスを和らげたらよいか、前向きな対処方法をアドバイスします。
① Advice on study abroad preparations and Consultation in regards to the field related to study abroad programs and studying languages
- Study methods to improve your language skills
- Tips regarding pre- and post-study abroad study
- Information on intercultural exchange and fitting into cross-cultural environment
You can receive advice from teachers who have experience in advising on study abroad to eliminate worry.

International Center staff offers consultations, so please apply here.
② Advice on intercultural adjustment and intercultural exchange
If you are going through difficulties with cultural differences/language barriers, you are welcome to come and talk to the Advisor. Our advisors will give you tips on communication skills and coping strategies for stress.

メール件名は「アドバイジング予約」とし、
メール本文に以下を記載して下さい。
本文は①名前、②所属と回生 、③希望日時 （第一希望から第三希望ぐらいまで、なるべく複数の日時を明記すること）④相談内容を記載して下さい。
学内の海外留学プログラム応募書類（志望理由書など）の添削は行いません。予約時間は必ず守ってください。やむをえず予約をキャンセルする場合、遅くとも予約時間の1時間前までにメールで連絡してください。

Please be informed that we do not check your study abroad program applications (such as personal statement) during advising. Please be on time for your appointment. In case you have to cancel your reservation, send an email at least an hour before the appointment.
