16 American University (AU) Sakura Scholar sophomores arrived at Ritsumeikan University (RU) in September 2025 and they will spend their sophomore and junior years on RU's campus.
At the Sakura Scholar Social event held at the beginning of October, fellow Sakura Scholars currently studying at RU gathered to welcome the new students.
