The first AU Home Students have joined the Joint Degree Program!
A total of 14 promising students enrolled in the Program in June.
One of the newly enrolled students, Ms. Talyor Robinson visited the College of International Relations and had a meeting with RU Home Students as well as JDP faculties on 20 July 2018. Ms. Robinson was doing an immersion program in Kyoto.
The students had lively discussions on the difference between school life in the U.S. and in Japan. The RU Home Students looked fascinated to know AU Home Students had already been building an active community through social media. Ms. Robinson was interested in what academic life in Kyoto would be like after starting her studies at RU.
It was a great opportunity for the students to interact with each other and to catch a glimpse of their future academic life in their host institutions. Good luck!
