Main Types of Support for Mirai Seminar Provided by the Liberal Arts Center
If recognized as a Mirai Seminar, seminar groups can receive the following types of support. This support is available to forty seminar groups per year.
Assistance with activity expenses
- Literature purchases and photocopying costs
- Honorarium payments and transportation expenses for guest speakers
- Travel and transportation expenses when conducting fieldwork
- Honorarium payment for mentors (faculty, staff, and graduate students)
- Cost of producing essay collections, etc.
Looking for seminar members
- Recruitment of seminar members
- Getting matched with seminar mentors (faculty, staff, and graduate students) who provide advice regarding seminar management
Disseminating seminar activity results throughout society
- Introduction of activities on this website
- Holding activity debriefing meetings, etc.
