Seminar at Araki lab
All members of the Araki Laboratory participate in a seminar held on Wednesdays.
In the seminar, graduate students give lectures. "Physics andTechnology of Semiconductor Devices" by A.S. Grove is used as a textbook.
Graduate students also give presentations on their research progress in English.
Each research group meets to discuss the results of experiments, review technical books, and introduce papers.
