Guide for Presenters

Oral Presentation

Please bring your own laptop PC and connet it to the LCD projector prior to the session in which your presentation is assigned. The connector is a mini D-sub 15 pin. Please bring a converter if your laptop PC does not correspond to it.

# Invited oral presentations: 35 min including 5 min discussion
# Contributed oral presentations: 20 min including 5 min discussion

Poster Presentation

A board of 210 cm in height and 90 cm wide (portrait orientation) will be prepared. Thumbtacks and adhesive tape will be provided.

Social Programs (TENTATIVE)

Mixer (Welcome Reception) --- Nov 15 (Sun), 18:00 - 20:00

Mixer (buffet style) will be held at the conference site. All participants can attend the mixer for free with subsidies from our sponsors.

Excursion --- Nov 18 (Wed), afternoon

We will visit an old historic temple in Kyoto and the sake brewing town of Fushimi in the south of Kyoto. Buses will depart from the conference site in the early afternoon and return in time for the banquet. All participants can attend the excursion for free with subsidies from our sponsors.

Banquet --- Nov 18 (Wed), 18:30 - 20:30

Banquet (buffet style) will be held at the conference site. All participants can attend the banquet for free with subsidies from our sponsors.
