When & How to apply

  1. Step 1

As soon as you decide to participate in our Seminar(s), the first thing you need to do is to find out whether you need a visa for entry to Japan. Applicants may need a ‘short-term visitor visa’ to enter Japan, depending on their nationality. Check the homepage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan to see if your home country is applied to 68 visa exemption countries and regions:

It is your responsibility to apply for a visa by yourselves at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate-General nearest you and we strongly advise you to start preparing the required documents well in advance.

We will provide you with supporting documents for your visa application upon request; however, it will only cover the duration of the seminars. The requested documents for your visa application will be sent to you by post and it will take about one week to be delivered.
