On March 21, 2026, the Graduate School Commencement and Degree Conferral Ceremony was held at the Kinugasa Campus.

The ceremony opened with welcoming remarks by Professor Matsuo Watanabe, Dean of the Graduate School of International relations, followed by a speech delivered by Mr. Yu Yamashita on behalf of the graduating class.

Certificates of program completion were then presented to students who participated in the Dual Master’s Degree Program (DMDP), along with the presentation of the Outstanding Master’s Thesis Awards.
The ceremony concluded with the conferral of degrees, as each graduate received their diploma individually from the Dean.
