The confirmation email will be sent from the GSIR office on June 10, 2022.

Note:

We accept advanced reservations only.

If the number of applications exceeds the spaces available for students, a random lottery will be held.

Since we need to continue to follow public health directives for gathering and social distancing, and also all attendees will be requested to wear a mask on campus, also hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance for attendees. 

Seat Assignments:

In order to allow people to keep their distance in the class room, we encourage to stay socially distant from others.
