イベントの目的 Eligible Event Purposes

以下のような目的の企画を実施される場合に、施設を貸し出しています。
BBP can be used for events such as:

  • 国際分野に関わる成果発表や交流
    Presentations or exchanges related to international topics
  • 言語学習
    Language learning activities
  • 国境の壁、文化の壁、言語の壁、価値観の壁など、さまざまなBorderを越えて繋がりを生み出し、ともに学びあうこと など
    Opportunities to connect and learn across borders of nationality, culture, language, and values

    • ※下記のような企画の場合はBBP施設の貸し出しはできません。 Events That Cannot Be Approved
    ×本学の施設利用の考え方に抵触するもの
    Activities that conflct with the university’s facility use policies
    ×上記目的に関わらない各種勧誘活動
    Promotional or recuitment activities not related to the above purposes
    ×その他、BBP関連会議で適当でないと判断するもの
    Other events judged inappropriate by the BBP committee


    注意事項 Important Notes

    BKC Beyond Borders Plaza（BBP）の施設の利用にあたっては、以下の点に留意の上、申請書に必要事項を記入しWEBフォームより提出してください。
    To use the BKC Beyond Borders Plaza (BBP), please check the points below and submit the application form via the web form.


  • BBP施設を予約できるのは本学の学生・教職員のみです。
    Only Ritsumeikan University students, faculty and staff may book the BBP.
  • 施設予約は、BBPの利用にふさわしい成果発表や交流、語学学習を目的としたものに限ります。
    Facility reservations are limited to language study and research presentations appropriate to BBP.
  • 原則、申請者により事前準備から後片付けまで行ってください。 (BBP事務局の協力が必要な場合は別途調整）
    In principle, applicants are responsible for preparation and cleanup. (If assistance from the BBP Office is required, please consult in advance.)
  • 利用後は後片付け・原状復帰を必ず行ってください。
    After use, please make sure to clean up and restore the room to its original condition.

    • ・ゲストスピーカーを招いての座談会　Talk sessions with guest speakers from diverse backgrounds
    • ・留学生と国内学生の交流企画　Exchange programs between international and Japanese students
    • ・各種文化体験企画（七夕・ハロウィンなど）　Cultural experience events (e.g., Tanabata (Star Festival), Halloween)
    • ・さまざまな外国語を学びあう言語学習イベント　Language learning sessions in various languages
    • ・外部外国語試験対策セッション　Test preparation sessions for language exams
    • ・留学生の日本語スピーチ大会　Japanese speech contests for international students

    BBP施設を貸し切るような大規模企画
    Large-scale events (exclusive use of BBP)

    BBPマネジメントスタッフやBBP事務局のサポートを必要とする企画
    Events requiring support from BBP staff or the BBP Office     		実施希望日の3週間前
    At least 3 weeks before the event
    企画申請者が事前準備～事後の後片付けまで行う場合
    Self-managed events (organizers handle preparation and clean-up)     		実施希望日の1週間前
    At least 1 week before the event

    施設予約可能期間
    Period     		夏期休暇・冬期休暇期間を除く
    All days except during summer and winter breaks
    施設予約可能時間
    Time     		9：00～17：00
    ※17:00以降および土曜・日曜・祝日の予約は、事務局・教員が対応可能な場合のみ受け付けます。
    *Reservations after 17:00, weekends, or holidays are accepted only if staff/faculty support is available.
