안녕~衣笠BBPプロジェクトチームです！
みなさん、韓国の定番な人気食べ物の「チーズタッカルビ」はご存じですか？

06/10（水）の17:00-19:00に、ゆんげのキッチンスペースで「잘 먹겠습니다！Korean Night Kitchen」イベントを開催します！

KRチーズタッカルビは、韓国で大人気の定番料理です。
タッカルビは、韓国の春川（チュンチョン）発祥の鶏肉料理で、豚のカルビの代わりに鶏肉を炭火で焼いて提供していたことが始まりだと言われています。有名なK-コンテンツの中でもよく登場するので、見たことがある方も多いかもしれません

「実際にチーズタッカルビを自分で作ってみたい」「食文化に興味がある」
「韓国の文化が気になる」「韓国好きな人と話したい」「交流イベントに参加してみたい」

そんな方は、ぜひ気軽に参加してみてください！韓国文化や韓国語クイズのアイスブレイクも準備しています。
学年・国籍問わず、どなたでも大歓迎です。一緒に作って、食べて、話しながら、暑い夏を乗り越えましょう！

対象：立命館大学生・大学院生（キャンパス不問）
場所：学生会館キッチンスペース（ゆんげ キッチンスペース）
定員：15名（＊応募者が多い場合は抽選を行います）
使用言語：日本語・英語・韓国語

Have you ever heard of <Cheese dakgalbi>Korea’s popular dishes?

On Wednesday, June 10 from 5:00pm-7:00pm, we will hold a 「잘 먹겠습니다！Korean Night Kitchen」 event at the Junge Kitchen Space!

<Cheese dakgalbi> is a very popular Korean dish.
Dakgalbi is a chicken dish originated in Chuncheon City. It is started when grilled chicken was sold as an alternative to pork galbi! Usually appears in K-content, so many of you may have seen it before

We will also prepare an icebreaker with Korean culture and Korean language quizzes.
Students of all years and nationalities in Ritsumeikan are welcome

Date & Time: Wednesday, June 10 from 5:00pm-7:00pm
Eligibility: Ritsumeikan University undergraduate and graduate students, from any campus
Place: Student Hall Kitchen Space (Junge Kitchen Space)
Capacity: 15 participants
＊If we receive more applications than the capacity, participants will be selected by lottery.
Languages: Japanese, English, and Korean
Registration: Required

Lottery Result Notification: Results will be sent to your university email address.
＊When applying, please enter your Ritsumeikan university email address, not your personal email address.

We are unable to remove or change any of the ingredients used in this event.
If you have any allergies, participation may be difficult. so please check the ingredients listed below in advance.
Chicken, cheese, milk, chilli pepper, garlic, ginger, sweet potato, pear, apple, cabbage, beef
Other Important Notes
We will adjust the spice level to be delicious mildly spicy, but please be careful if you are sensitive with spicy food.
Hot water, oil, and knives will be used during the event, so please be careful to avoid burns or injuries.
