OICの皆さん、こんにちは！秋学期の勉強は進んでいますか？

今月もSpatial Chatを利用したVirtual OIC BBPというイベントを以下の日程で開催します!

開催日時：2021年10月26日火曜日12：30 - 14：25, 16：20 – 17：50

参加対象： OIC 所属学生（学部‧研究科や回生を問いません）

国内学生‧国際学生、使用する言語を問わず、誰でも参加可能です！

※「Spatial Chat」はアイコンを動かして、より近くで話したり、距離を置いたりできるウェブベースの仮想空間です。まるで現実の世界にいるかのように体験できます!

Hello, everyone,

Warm greetings from OIC Beyond Borders Plaza (BBP) Management Staff. How is this Fall Semester to you?

We are pleased to announce that our event, Virtual OIC BBP will be held as follows:

12：30 - 14：25, 16：20 – 17：50 on Tuesday, October 26^th, 2021

We are going to use web-based communication tool “Spatial Chat”, in which you can talk closer or keep a distance by moving your icons. With “Spatial Chat”, we can experience as if we are in the real world.

You can access Virtual OIC BBP, just click URL and enter your name!

(You can find the URL in “How to Participate” part below and details of Spatial Chat in the file attached.)

What is BBP?

BBP is global learning commons which encourage “intercultural interaction and understanding”, “support for language learning” and “support for study abroad” on campuses at Ritsumeikan University. We would like to support, who want to study abroad, know how to learn foreign languages, know how to make use of your foreign experience at the scene of job-hunting, or who just want to make new friends. Please feel free to join “Virtual OIC BBP” and talk to Management Staff members at each table. We are looking forward to seeing you all in “Virtual OIC BBP”!

Time and Date:

12：30 - 14：25, 16：20 – 17：50 on Tuesday, October 26^th, 2021

Eligibility:

OIC Students (at any year levels in undergraduate and postgraduate)

– open for all international and domestic students in multiple languages!

Details:

We will have several tables on different themes in Spatial Chat.

How to Participate：

Go to the link on the attached Handout or User Guide.

No booking required. Participation with microphone only is OK!
