6月18日（日）に、「日本の野球文化を学び、甲子園に行こう！」を開催します！ 

このイベントでは、午前は私達スタッフが日本のプロ野球文化について紹介し、午後は参加者全員で阪神vsソフトバンクの試合（14:00試合開始）を甲子園で観戦します。 

チケット、交通費は基本無料です（一部交通費がかかる可能性あり）。 

プロ野球についてもっと深く知れること間違いなし！少しでも野球に興味がある方なら、留学生でも、野球に詳しくない日本人学生でも、誰でも大歓迎です。参加者の留学生と日本人学生同士の交流企画も予定しています！ 

募集期間は、5月31日（水）9:00〜6月1日（木）13:00です。 

当選、落選にかかわらず、6月1日（木）18時に当落メールをお送りいたします。 

受付は先着順なので、興味のある方はお早めにお申し込み下さい！

　　　　　　　　　※試合終了時刻により、終了時刻の大幅な変更の可能性あり 

　　　　　　　　　※雨天試合中止の場合は、10:00~11:00のプロ野球文化紹介のみ実施予定

　　10:00〜11:30 衣笠キャンパス存心館205 

　　12:00~13:30 公共交通機関を使い移動 

　　14:00〜17:30 甲子園球場 

　　※試合終了後、梅田駅で解散 

              　 

◆集合場所：衣笠キャンパス 

◆参加費：バス代230円（立命館大学～京都駅）、梅田駅～自宅までの交通費  

　（試合チケット代、行きのJR京都駅～甲子園駅、帰りの甲子園駅～梅田駅の交通費は無料）  

◆持ち物:交通費（衣笠キャンパス〜京都駅間のバス代230円)・梅田駅〜自宅間）、昼食(現地でも購入可）、飲み物、日焼け止め、雨具

　当選の場合は、6月3日（土）までにメールへの返信をお願いいたします。メールへの返信をもって、参加確定とします。

◆備考：原則、キャンセルはできません。このイベントは異文化助成金を使用して実施されます。キャンセルされる場合はキャンセル料2,430円をいただきますので予めご了承ください 。

 We are holding an event called "Learn about Japanese Baseball Culture and Go to Koshien!" on Sunday, June 18th. You can learn about Japanese professional baseball culture from us BBP staff in the morning, and in the afternoon, all participants will have an opportunity to enjoy the Hanshin Tigers vs. SoftBank Hawks game at the Koshien Stadium (the game starts at 14:00). The tickets and transportation expenses are free (please note there may be some transportation costs payable). You can surely deepen your knowledge of professional baseball in Japan! Anyone with some interest in baseball as well as both international students and Japanese students who are not familiar with baseball are welcome to join. We are planning fun activities to get to know each other better! 

The application period is from Wednesday, May 31st, 9:00, to Thursday, June 1st, 13:00. Regardless of the results, you will receive a notification email with the result at 18:00 on June 1st. Since this event operates on a first-come, first-served basis, we encourage those who are interested to apply as soon as possible.

　　10:00~11:30 ZS205 (Zonshinkan) in Kinugasa Campus 

　　12:00~13:30 Transportation 

　　14:00~17:30 Koshien　Stadium 

　　・After the game, we will disperse at Umeda Station. 

◆If you would like to participate, please fill in the application form and register.

◆Number of participants sought: 6 international students, 5 domestic students 

◆Application period: From Wednesday, May 31st, 9:00, to Thursday, June 1st, 13:00 (first-come, first-served basis) 

◆Announcement of selected participants: Thursday, June 1st, 18:00 

◆Language: Japanese, English 

◆Participants: All Ritsumeikan Students (including international students) 

◆Participation fee: The bus fare (230 yen, Ritsumeikan University to Kyoto Sta.), transportation expenses from Umeda Station to home, and lunch expenses must be covered by the participants. 

(The game ticket cost, and the train fare from JR Kyoto Station to Koshien Station and from Koshien Station to Umeda Station are free.)  

◆What to Bring: The bus fare from the Kinugasa campus to Kyoto station (230 yen), transportation expenses from Umeda station to your home, lunch (you can buy it in the stadium if you want), sunscreen, and a raincoat. 

◆Note: The registration cannot be canceled. This event is funded by “Ritsumeikan University Financial Aid for Intercultural Exchange". A cancellation fee (2,430 yen) will be charged if you cancel your participation.
