この度、BBPお泊まりイベントを開催することになりました！！
夜ご飯にピザを食べたり、いろいろなレクリエーションをしたり、朝までおしゃべりしたり…
忘れられない思い出を作りましょう！このイベントをお見逃しなく！！✨

▶集合場所

宿泊場所：衣笠セミナーハウス
対象：立命館大学生・院生
定員：男性16名、女性16名 ＊男女で部屋を分けます。
使用言語：日本語、英語
参加費：1,500円 (18日までにKIC BBPにて前払い)
事前申し込み：必要（先着順）
募集期間：12月29日（金）～1月15日（月）
当日の持ち物: 飲み物（ソフトドリンクや水のみ可）、動きやすい服装、室内用運動靴 **、パジャマ、洗面具 (歯ブラシ、シャンプー等)、タオル類 (バスタオルなど)
**Sports & PJ Partyに参加される方：室内用運動靴をお持ちでない方は、外履きの靴をよく拭いて履いてもらっても大丈夫です。雑巾はこちらで用意します。

We’re hosting an overnight event on 19th (Fri) and 20th (Sat) January!
Let’s make unforgettable memories, having pizza for dinner, enjoying lots of thrilling activities, chatting away all night…and more! Don’t miss out on this fantastic event✨

1) Wrap up & PJ Party Package: 1/19 (Fri) 16:20 ~ 1/20 (Sat) 10:00 2) Sports & PJ Party Package: 1/19 (Fri) 16:00 ~ 1/20 (Sat) 10:00
Meeting place:
1) Wrap up & PJ Party Package: KIC BBP 1st floor2) Sports & PJ Party Package: KIC Gym entrance
Event space: Kinugasa Seminar House
Participants: All Ritsumeikan University Students
Capacity: 16 Men, 16 Women *The rooms will be separated by gender.
Language: Japanese, English
Participation fee: 1,500 yen (Must be paid in advance at KIC BBP by 16th January)
Pre-registration: Required (First come, first served)
Application period: 29th December (Fri) ~ 15th January (Mon)
Things to bring: Soft drink / a bottle of water, comfortable clothes, gym shoes**, pyjamas, toiletries (toothbrush, shampoo, etc.), towels (e.g. bath towel, face towel, etc.)
**Those who choose to attend Sports & PJ Party: If you don’t have gym shoes, outdoor shoes would also be fine as long as you wipe them clean. We will prepare cleaning rags.
