6月3日(火)10:45-12:15、BBPカフェスペースにて中国式の焼きそばを食べてみませんか

日本と中国では焼きそばに入れる具材や作り方が違います。

日本の食材を使って中国の焼きそばの味を再現し、ユニークな味わいを一緒に楽しみましょう！  

代表の人が調理します。調理後には、参加者みんなで一緒に食べながら異文化交流をしたり、中国の文化に触れたりするアクティビティも行います。ぜひこのイベントで異文化交流の一歩を踏み出してみませんか？ 

ご応募多数の場合には、抽選で参加者を決定します。

当日のキャンセルはキャンセル料(100円)が発生しますので気を付けてください。

Hi everyone, we are the BKC-BBP project team!  

Why not give this Chinese-style yakisoba a try on Tuesday, June 3, from 10:45 to 12:15 at the BBP café space? In Japan and China, the ingredients and the way of making yakisoba are different. So let’s try  recreating the flavor of Chinese yakisoba using Japanese ingredients and enjoy the unique taste together.   

After cooking the yakisoba, we will eat together and enjoy cross-cultural exchange, while learning about Chinese culture. Interested in cross-cultural exchange? This event is a great place to start. 

If we receive more than 15 applications,  participants will be selected by lottery. Please note that a 100 yen cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel on the day of the event.
