「Yahei Hot Chili Peppers Tasting Workshop」を11月21日（金）お昼休み 12:20-13:00に開催します。
弥平とうがらしをご存じですか？
弥平とうがらしは滋賀県湖南市の伝統野菜。まるでニンジンのような鮮やかなオレンジ色と、しっかりした辛味が特徴です。
本イベントでは、弥平とうがらしの生産風景や加工現場を紹介すると共に、試食も提供します。
この機会に、滋賀の食を学んでみませんか？みなさんのご参加をお待ちしています。
Do you know Yahei Hot Chili Peppers?
Yahei Hot Chili Peppers are traditional vegetables in Konan City, Shiga Pref.
The features are the vivid orange body, like a Japanese carrot, and the strong spiciness.
In this event, we will show you videos about the production and the processing stages.
We also provide you with some complimentary samples.
Why don’t you learn about and try the local food? We warmly encourage you to join us.
